As a trained facilitator with the Mindfulness-based Therapeutic Lifestyle Program (MBTLC) and Mindful Schools, I teach a secular, research-based mindfulness curriculum through classes for adults and children.
My mindfulness adventure began 20 years ago when I stepped on a yoga mat in the black box theater. I had no idea what was to unfold or how much I would come to rely on this practice as my ultimate resource for resiliency, presence, and happiness. What was immediately clear was that I wanted to share what I was learning with others, which is what I’m doing right now, right here, with you. 🙂
